Learning spellings

In Poplar we've been exploring different ways to learn our spellings. We try to use different parts of our brains and bodies to help us remember tricky words we've been learning. Have a look at some of the different activities we've had a go at to help us...

Throwing a ball with a partner:

 Different colours for each letter:

 Hopscotch words:
 Writing our own acrostic poems:
 Using pasta to spell out a word:
